2C Opening Bid: Part 1

The Opening bid of 2C is artificial - it doesn't say anything about your clubs. The bid is forcing to game and neither partner may pass until at least a game contract is reached. The hand shows 23 or more High Card Points or a hand that can make game without any help from partner. How should you respond to Partner's 2C opening?
